There is no car made no matter how sophisticated that does not have some blind spots. This makes you and your passengers vulnerable to accidents. A rearview mirror hidden camera can provide better vehicle security and safety-something we can all use.
Here's a summary of the cool capabilities of this camera, how it works and what it can do to help you.
Car Tv Monitor
The first camera, the rearview camera, is a 1/4 inch digital CMOS Color Camera built in with a slot that uses an 8GB SD card to record images. You can use up to a 16GB SD card. It also doubles as a video/audio recorder with a digital video recorder.
To playback your images simply remove the SD card and insert in your computer's SD card slot.
It can rotate 330 degrees to view anywhere you want. Face it forward or turn it to view inside your car. You can continuously record what happens in front of the car or inside the car.
The second camera is a wireless external camera that you can set up on the rear dash or attach to the outside of the car.
This ultra high tech camera has a 3.6 inch thin film transistor liquid crystal display monitor on the mirror that allows you to instantly playback video and watches it in real-time at 30 FPS. You can choose between watching the front or the external camera with the touch of a button.
This rear view mirror camera has a built in rechargeable battery. You can run it off your car's auxiliary cigarette lighter. You can also recharge the battery by plugging into your computer using the included USB cord.
The mirror installs easily into your car by clipping onto your existing internal rear view mirror.
It has superior resolution with 420 TV lines and a range of up to 300 feet. You can password protect your recordings if you choose. Manual switching from one camera to the other is done with a touch of a button.
Up to 16 hours of recording is available. The overwrite function allows you to continue to record once the card is full by deleting old material automatically. The cameras will operate at any temp from minus ten degrees to a plus eighty degrees. It even has a built in microphone.
With carjacking fast becoming a serious problem, this high tech device can help record what happened in a carjacking and identify the bad guys.
Want to see what your kids are doing driving your car? This is one way to find out.
